Feyza Köseoğlu began her career in 1994 and has worked as an engineer and manager in the Electronics, Defense Industry, Energy, and IT sectors in Turkey and Azerbaijan. Her areas of expertise include Organizational Development, Creating Agile Company Culture, Supply Chain Management, Strategic Planning, and Project Management.

Driven by her curiosity about people and the belief that development and change must start with the individual, her path intersected with NLP and coaching in 2009. She has completed the Art and Science of Coaching Certification Program, Team Coaching, Train the Trainer, NLP Master Practitioner, and various other coaching courses at Erickson Coaching International, which was named the world’s most effective coaching school by ICF in 2024. She also completed training in Agile Leadership from Adler International Coaching School, Mastering Leadership Coaching from Marefidelis, and Optimum Balance Model I-II.

Believing in the importance of drawing from various schools and approaches, she completed the Holistic Schema Coaching Program at Behçebiz Development Academy in 2023.

In alignment with her belief in the significance of education and youth for society and the country, she voluntarily conducts coaching and mentoring sessions with organizations such as the Community Volunteers Foundation, KalDer, the University Women’s Association, and the Contemporary Life Association.

Feyza is a member of Lead Network, which works to increase the number and reputation of female employees and leaders in Turkey. She is also part of the “BIZ” community, formed by female entrepreneurs in Anatolia, founded by sustainable fashion advocate Aslı Filinta, who draws inspiration from Anatolian arts and culture.

Living by the principle “Development starts with yourself,” she sees herself as a lifelong student.

Since 2018, Feyza has been working as a trainer, executive and team coach, and facilitator in her own company, where she also organizes workshops and delivers speeches.

Her hobbies include traveling to experience different cultures, painting, and dancing.
