Executive Coaching

The core purpose of coaching is to help the leader find their own unique style. Only by doing so can they create an authentic, signature style that aligns with their nature—becoming an inspiring leader in their true, original form.

In a Coaching Relationship built on trust and alignment between two individuals, it is expected that Coaches working with leaders and managers have experience in team management and leadership in the business world. With 15 years of managerial experience as a coach, I invite the leaders and managers I work with into a safe, sincere, and transparent space, where I support them in getting to know themselves and creating the change they desire.

Today, individuals need to know and manage their strengths and areas for development, while being able to adapt to ever-changing conditions with agility.

The concept of leadership has evolved over time. The approach where one person makes decisions and directs others has become outdated. Leaders are now expected to inspire, motivate, and be part of the development process. Leadership is no longer limited to top managers but is seen as a set of competencies that should be cultivated across the entire organization, with every employee contributing to it.

Executive Coaching is an effective tool that helps leaders discover their unique style, develop these skills while managing their work, and apply them sustainably. It is a development process tailored to individual needs, designed to help managers and leaders maximize their personal and professional potential, and support the development of new habits and competencies.

The goal is to enable leaders to see themselves objectively, discover their areas for development and strengths, and develop the skills they need to manage their teams more effectively.

How Does the Process Work?

1. Needs Analysis

In the first stage, an assessment is conducted to understand the current situation, leadership style, goals, and challenges faced.

2. Personalized Plan

A tailored development plan is created based on personal goals and organizational priorities.

3. One-on-One Coaching Sessions

Regular sessions are held to gain awareness, develop new approaches, and implement them in practice.

4. Evaluation

At the end of the process, the gains are measured, and an evaluation is conducted.
